Introduction:
A pleasant old building in mock Tudor style right in the centre of old Bollington, noted for its wood panelled interior.
Opening times: Monday 5 to 12; Tuesday to Sunday 12 to 12.
Brews:
Robinsons Unicorn, Hatters, and XB all on the hand pumps (the picture below was taken at the brewery).
Also serving Carling, Stella, Guinness and Strongbow on draught plus a wide selection of bottled products.
Food:
Food is a main feature of the Holly Bush. The pool table has been thrown out to make room for more tables! The main restaurant is upstairs. First reports are that Adrian's cooking is very good.
Lunches will be served from 12 to 3pm, dinners 5.30 to 9pm.
Finding it:
In the main street of old Bollington, by the bridge at the bottom of the slope, almost opposite Briscola Italian restaurant.
