Introduction: |
An Indian restaurant in a Cheshire village! Unlikely I know, but it's there all right and very good it is too. Eat in or take away, the choice is yours. Booking not essential but worthwhile for busy times like Friday and Saturday and the very popular Sunday buffet lunch. |
Brews: |
The bar, which can be used by 'take away' customers while waiting for their meal to be prepared, carries a number of the well known brews including Indian favourites Kingfisher, Cobra and Bengal lagers. |
Food: |
Excellent Indian cuisine prepared by Indians. Generous portions and wonderful flavours abound. The Sunday lunch spread is renowned far and wide. |
|
This restaurant is so good that folk drive past the curry mile in Rusholme to come and eat here! |
|
Finding it: |
From the bus turn round outside the Con Club, take Ingersley Road; the Viceroy is 250m on the left. |
